Warranty.  These prices also include a full in-home warranty for between one and three years (depending on the model).

We keep you informed at every step, we call you.  At your request, your name will appear on our tracking page. When your whirlpool leaves the factory we will contact you.  If damage should occur, we arrange for repairs or a replacement Spa.  Once you have your hot tub wired and filled with water it should (and generally does) work the first and every time.  If not, we are there to introduce you to the warranty department and to make sure a small problem doesn't spoil the experience.  Finally, we call you a few weeks after you buy to make sure you are completely satisfied with your investment.
